We ship worldwide.

Our jewelry is mosty made to order so it will take time for it to be crafted and shipped. Depending on the piece it can take between 3 and 10 days. Once your order is ready we will email you with a tracking number.

Shipping costs:

Uruguay: USD 5 / South America: USD 10 / USA and Europe: USD 15 / Rest of the World: USD 25

Note: On international orders additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions or import duties or taxes. For further information please contact your local customs.

RETURNS

If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase please get in contact so we can find a suitable solution.

All our pieces are made by hand, so there can be minor differences from one to another. If your piece has a manufacture defect we will be happy to change it or fix it as we see fit. 

Please ask as many questions as needed prior to placing your order.

REPAIRS

If your jewellery gets damaged please get in contact so we can evaluate your particular case.

Plating discolorations due to usage are not considered damage.

Stones can be replaced depending on availability.

Accidents with your jewellery can be quoted accordingly.
